From Domaine de Mauperthuis, located in Chablis, Burgundy, comes a Sauvignon Blanc from the region of Saint Bris. Generally, Chardonnay and Aligote are the only white grapes allowed in Burgundy, however, the Saint Bris appellation is the exception. Here, the grape is Sauvignon Blanc. Ripe citrus fruit, peach and a leafy herbal note with a textured, soft and floral, mineral palate. Perfect with shellfish and fresh cheese. Saint Bris, Burgundy, 2018.
