100% Cinsault from Languedoc-Roussillon. Cinsault is traditionally reserved for blending, rosés and for eating. An underappreciated red grape, this wine is Beaujolais like in its character and mouthfeel. Floral with stewed plum and cherry aromoas, blueberry and a touch of pepper and spice on the palate. Very delicious and chillable. Minervois, Languedoc-Roussillon, France, 2019.
