From one of the Rhone's star natural winemakers, Eric Texier, this wine is a blend of 85% Grenache and 15% white grapes (Clariette, Viognier, Chasselas). The grapes are co-harvested and co-fermented, mostly whole cluster, with native yeasts in concrete. Short maceration time gives a fresh, light style of Cotes du Rhone. Red currant, strawberry and cherry, with floral and citrus notes. Supple and soft with ripe fruit, refreshing acidity and a lengthly finish. Cotes du Rhone, France, 2019.
