Elisabetta Foradori has her disciples; followers of biodynamic wine and the intriguing story of a girl born into winemaking. At a young age she assumed the responsibility of her family estate. Over time, her passion for biodynamic farming and "holistic" wine making grew. She is known as the "queen of Teroldego", rescuing the grape from near extinction. She is a pioneering force in raw winemaking. Her devotion to the indigenous varieties of Trentino-Alto Adige, northern Italy, non-invasive winemaking techniques, and biodynamic practices have made Azienda Agricola Foradori's bottles desirable among biodynamic collectors. Today the estate is primarily overseen by her children, Emilio, Theo and Mythra, and the Foradori winemaking principles remain intact.

Foradori's signature grape, Teroldego, expresses bright red fruit, sour cherry, and blackberry notes with tones of crushed mineral, ash and grilled herbs. Vignetti delle Dolomiti, Italy, 2018.
