Organic farming and low intervention winemaking makes La Stoppa a favourite of wine lovers. Native grape varities are cultivated, like the Barbera and Bonarda used in this blend. Wild yeast, and no added sulphur contribute to the natural character of La Stoppa's wine. "Trebbiolo" is a fresh and fruity wine, with a deep purple colour. Aromas of sweet red cherry, earthy spices and vegetal notes. Fruit driven with refreshing acidity. Wonderful food wine. Emilia Romagna, Italy, 2019.
