Orange/skin fermented Sauvignon Blanc from Niagara. This wine was spontaneously fermented and aged. on skins for 72 days in clay amphora and stainless steel. Unfiltered and unfined. Notes of orange marmelade, jalapeno pepper jelly, and passionfruit. Palate is dominated by honey notes, cream and lemon. Dry with bracing acidity and lovely texture of fine tannin.
