James Millton is considered New Zealand's biodynamic guru and was the first winegrower in the southern hemisphere to gain biodynamic certification. His vineyard sites are located in the Gisborne region, where proximity to the Pacific Ocean and cooling sea breezes keep the climate temperate and friendly allowing for excellent balance of acidity and fruit. Time in decanter will allow this wine to shine with brambly fruit, spice, dried floral notes, mushroom and earthiness.
