Nebbiolo grapes from organic vineyards in San Sebastiano, Montforte d'Alba. Subtle, yet bold. Silky and complex. Aromas of fig paste, cherry jam, peony and pomegranate. Chewy tannin and vibrant acidity. Dry but fruity, with notes of red apple, plum, tar, tabacco and a touch of oak. Piedmont, Italy, 2018.
